Those days we all are having extremely busy schedule, most of us don’t even have enough time to seat and eat properly. For that reason very often we are reaching out for pour nutritious snacks as we running out of energy. My solution- HOME MADE ENERGY BALLS!

Easy to prepare, full of nutritional value and so, so good!!!

FIT BOUNTY BARS

INGREDIENS:
1 glass of dates
1.5 glass of porridge
1 glass of disccated coconut
3/4 of 95% dark chocolate

METHOD:
Soak dates in water for at least 5 hours (over the night), grind a chocolate, mix all ingredients together, form twelve balls and put them into a fridge for an hour.
