Popped rice bars

In season like Halloween we all should go extra mile to make sure our kids are on healthy snack, as they are having a lot of processed sugar everywhere around them.There is a lot of parties going on where our kids are getting pack with pure sugar, so our job is to make sure at least at home the healthy snack is waiting for them to have or to take it to the party. Imagine if we all will make a small step towards healthier food holiday season wont be that bad at all.

To prepared those bars you will need:

2 glasses of popped rice
hand full of cranberries
hand full sunflower seeds
2 spoons of honey dissolved in 3 spoons of butter

Simple mix all ingredients together and bake for 10 min in 180C
and Enjoy !!!!!!
