My name is Marta, and I am a qualified Nutritionist with a passion for helping people improve their health through simple, sustainable changes.
My journey into nutrition started with a deep interest in how food affects not only our physical health, but also our energy, mood, and confidence. Over the years, I have developed my knowledge through formal education, specialist courses, and continuous professional development, always staying up to date with current nutritional guidance.
But most importantly — I have worked with real people.
I understand that everyone is different.
