1. Physical Product Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, please review the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please email us before returning any item to arrange return details.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used food, supplements, or skincare items (for hygiene reasons).
- Customised or personalised items.
- Digital downloads or eBooks (see section 2).
- Sale or clearance items.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Meal Plans, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been delivered/downloaded.
If you experience an issue with accessing the digital file or believe there’s an error, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it.
3. Naturopathic Consultations & Services
We understand that plans may change. If you’ve booked a consultation, here’s our policy:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule once without a fee if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
No-shows or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and may be subject to rebooking fees.
Refunds for Services
Refunds are not issued for completed consultations or personalised plans. If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact us directly — we want every client to feel supported.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Details of your request
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 2 working days.
